Key Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient customer support operations by managing service requests, coordinating with teams, and maintaining service excellence.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries and resolving complaints.
- Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and engineer assignments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service logs, and follow-ups.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and manage logistics for service requirements.
- Provide updates to customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Generate and analyze reports related to service performance, customer feedback, and spare parts usage.
Responsibilities
To excel in this role, we’re looking for dynamic individuals with strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset, backed by relevant educational qualifications.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience
Freshers are welcome, though prior experience in customer service, call handling, or spare parts management will be advantageous.
